Everyone loves to talk about how good the skiing is "Out West", sure us Eastcoasters have our fair share of bulletproof ice, or "packed Powder" really packed. Well if you get off the lift service areas and do some hiking or skinning into the off-off-piste there is plenty of huge stashes to plunder, if you're early.
