Small Fryes - Salmon Stocking

Every year volunteers, state and federal agencies head to the small streams and tributaries of NH attempting to revive a long gone Atlantic Salmon population. Friday 10,000 tiny Atlantic Salmon frye were released in hopes that in a handful of years they will be able to grow-up, head to the ocean, commute to Greenland or some far off shore, get really big, somehow "smell" their way back through miles of river and dams to spawn again as they did a hundred years ago.
