Kinetic - Mountain Running

6 miles or so into the 9.8 mile loop my eyes were jiggling so much it was hard to shoot a crisp photo. Maury McKinney of IMCS and an avid trial runner took me on Baldface Loop a gorgeous trail at the south end of Evans Notch in the White Mountains.

Reduce- Mt. Washington, NH

The highest point in the Northeast, with a road to the top bringing autos, people and pollution with it.

Kinetic - Open water swimming

It's way too early for swimming. Its cold, foggy and the sun isn't even up. How on earth does Maury enjoy this as much as he says he does? I was complaining and I never got in the water I shot from the comfort of my kayak. Maury seemed invigorated, I just wanted more coffee.
