Saco River from Winter to Spring in 66 days
Saco River Time Lapse In New Hampshire winter doesn't give up easy, but Spring eventually wins. Last spring I built a time lapse rig to photograph the Alpine flower bloom in the White Mountains. Since I had the rig hanging around I decided to put it out to capture the Saco River not far from my home. During the 66 days of filming we had a few snow storms, and a few high water events. Thankfully the leaves came out like they do every year even with the pandemic rolling through the country. IF you've had enough of winter and cloudy weather skip right to 2 minutes or so to watch stick season turn to spring.
